Vegan Oyster Po-Boy

INGREDIENTS
Fried Oysters
2-3 cups Oyster mushrooms (stems removed)
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp Nutritional yeast
2 tbsp Nori flakes or powder (optional)
1 cup Unsweetened plant based milk
Sauce
1 cup Vegan mayonaise
1/4 cup Spice brown mustard
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Capers (+ 1 tsp of pickle liquid)
1/2 tsp Prepared horseradish
1 tsp Siracha (or hot sauce of choice)
Additional Ingredients
1 package Hoagie rolls or sausage buns (I used Pretzilla sausage rolls)
1-2 cups Mixed greens or lettuce
